This is a most excellent property, awesome neighborhood and prime location. Everything was exactly as described. The home is very nicely furnished and has so much charm! Todd is a friendly and communicative host. Just book it!

Perfect location for attending events at University of Denver. Close to the highway for sightseeing trips. Beautiful backyard for our dog. We so appreciate bwing able to take her with us. The house is very nice - comfortable beds, nice kitchen with everything you need. The only thing that could be better is the living room furniture. While it fits the mid century modern vibe, it was very uncomfortable to sit on. When you replace it, some comfortable furniture for travel weary guests would be so nice. Overall, it was great especially the warmer days when we could sit outside.
