Discover Denver from this stylish 2BR basement apartment steps from Washington Park! Comfortably fits up to 5 with king & queen beds and NEW custom twin pullout sofa bed (not pictured). Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can prepare linens and protect the mattress.

The Amenities:
- Landscaping, snow removal, garbage and recycling services, welcome basket, basic cooking supplies, cleaning and laundry products, linens, toiletries, propane, insurance coverage and other amenities are included during your stay. Resort Fee $17.21 per night.
- Up to two dogs with payment of a non-refundable Pet Fee of $55.56 per stay.
- Sofa Bed Linens Fee for under 5 guests $30 per stay.
- 5th Guest Fee $33.33 per night.
- Cleaning Fee of $188 per stay.
Available optional add-ons may be requested and paid for through your Guest Portal after booking and may include:
- Early Check-In – You may request this within 2 days of your arrival. $15 per hour.

Wonderfully convenient location. We loved the pool and yoga at the rec center across the street. The apartment has everything for a home away from home.

Very nice basement apartment, the beds were very comfortable and check in was super easy! Made use of the private patio outfitted with a brand new barbecue. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Denver. Would stay again!

The location, cleanliness, and communication with the host were all excellent. However, certain quirks about the unit mean I would struggle to recommend it to others.1) It is a basement apartment so natural light is limited to small windows. Additionally, the upstairs is occupied and you can clearly hear the occupants walking around. 2) When we first arrived the entrance smelled like cat litter - we asked the host about this and were told it was likely because the upstairs neighbor cooked recently. However, the smell persisted for the majority of our stay. We presumed the occupants upstairs have a cat and given that ventilation is shared between the units, the smell was present downstairs.3) You have no control over the thermostat. The temperature is set upstairs and while I understand that the owner didn't want to put in a seperate AC/Heating unit downstairs it is pretty egregious to not have control over a key component of room comfort. I will note that this is not stated explictely anywhere in the listing (it is in the reviews) but rather I was made aware of it shortly before arriving when we recieved the welcome email.
