Welcome to my unique property! This remodeled single-family home has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, and great stay.
Like an apartment or hotel, you may hear the usual sounds of daily life. If there’s ever any disturbance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm here to ensure your comfort. The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for easy remote control. The temperature is usually set between 68-72°F, but if you’d like more control, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters to keep you comfortable.

Property was not as clean as we are used to seeing. Maybe a better way to describe it would be to say the carpet needs to be replaced. It is old and dirty. The house was cleaned well with the exception of the carpets. Everything else was good. The owner was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues.

Host is very communicative and check in/check out was straightforward and easy. Inside was very clean and well decorated.Parking was secure, but a little difficult to maneuver with the garbage bins. First couple days had some large pieces sticking out, then on trash day they were moved directly behind my vehicle instead of to the side. Had to move them back into place after it was picked up. Not a huge deal! But not ideal. Great fake turf area for the dogs.

Great location, albeit on a main street. Nice space with updated appliances. It was unusually hot in Denver and the a/c could not keep up - set at 68 the entire stay but actual temp started at 74 and rose to 80 by departure - very difficult to sleep. The real problem, and the reason for a poor review, is the lack of care or adequate response from the host when help was requested. We traded ten (10) emails. He kept asking questions - we replied over and over to explain that the a/c was not helping - he did not actually respond to resolve an issue. I totally
understand things happen. I do NOT understand an unwillingness to resolve a problem. We did not enjoy our stay and will not return despite frequent Denver visits.
