This home is conveniently located home near the border of Denver and Englewood in a quite neighborhood with easy access to Bates Logan Park in Englewood, Harvard Gulch Park in Denver, Denver University, Craig Hospital, Swedish Hospital, Gothic Theater for shows, Denver Beer Co, for the patio, and other nearby shops and restaurants.
This has three bedrooms (one king and one queen on the main floor and one queen in the downstairs bedroom) and two full bathrooms. Comfortable basement with high ceilings and windows. There is a back patio with a large backyard. Please note that the walk in shower with the bench and additional shower wand is in the basement.
We have a Peloton exercise bike available for use in the basement living room.
We have a pack and play available for use by our younger guests!
