Beautiful mid-century modern in Wash Park!

Perfect location for attending events at University of Denver. Close to the highway for sightseeing trips. Beautiful backyard for our dog. We so appreciate bwing able to take her with us. The house is very nice - comfortable beds, nice kitchen with everything you need. The only thing that could be better is the living room furniture. While it fits the mid century modern vibe, it was very uncomfortable to sit on. When you replace it, some comfortable furniture for travel weary guests would be so nice. Overall, it was great especially the warmer days when we could sit outside.

It was homey, beautifully designed and comfortable. Todd was very helpful, but also allowed for complete privacy. My dog really enjoyed sunning on the patio in the backyard.The surrounding neighborhood was also lovely.Thanks, Todd. Hope to stay here again.

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely, cozy home. We had messaged with the owner prior to the arrival and he was accommodating and answered any question quickly. It seemed to us that the house was recently renovated with a bright and inviting kitchen and spotless bathroom. The house is located in the beautiful, upscale Belcaro neighborhood of Denver which made mid-day strolls very interesting. The house was fit out with necessary supplies extensive closets which all added to our comfort. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience here. The house is beautiful and clean. We have two small dogs. The house is pet friendly with a great fenced yard and front patio. We were walking distance to Washington Park. This was a perfect gathering place for us.
