This cabin is exactly as listed. Great place foe all ages! My family and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this cabin. Franklin and Susan were veey quick to respond and very helpful.

EXACTLY as photos portray—beautiful property, beautiful view, exceptional owners. The owners were highly responsive and really made our stay special with thoughtful touches (eg teddy bears for our son, s’mores station, champagne and chocolates) and gracious, personal communication. The only drawback was noisy neighbors—partying and verbal fights lasting 2-3 hours in the middle of the night were unfortunate.

We had the best time!! The host was very easy to get a hold of with any questions. They left us goodies for our stay. They arranged for us to have 2 highchairs and a playpen so we didn’t have to bring one. The cabin is so welcoming. It’s home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked! We played games, ate and swam so much!!

The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. We had a great time in the pool and we absolutely loved the movie theater (it’s one of the best we’ve seen in any house we’ve rented). The fire pit was also a hit and there are great views from the balconies (all of them). It was also great that every bedroom had a huge bathtub! The location is fantastic too. The National Park and great hikes are literally just minutes away, and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just a short drive away.Finally, Susan and Frankin are great hosts! They are communicative and respond quickly to any messages sent and they have left a lot of nice little touches throughout the home. They clearly put a lot of thought into what their guests will need. If you book this place you will not regret it.

We were very pleased with the cabin. It was exactly as described. The indoor pool was a favorite for all, and the theater room paired with a popcorn machine was perfect for a movie night! It was a short drive to Gatlinburg. So, there was not any traffic in Cosby. Communication with the hosts was exceptional.

This property was everything and more for us! Small gestures from the hosts and the responsiveness made the experience PERFECT. The pool was well kept and a perfect size, plus toys for all the kids. The movie theater was such a fun thing to close the nights with, especially with the authentic popcorn maker. The multicade kept us adults busy besting the high scores, and the pool table gave us plenty of laughs at how terrible we all were. Every little detail was handled by the hosts, and everything we needed was available on the property! If you do need groceries or firewood, check out Donna Jo's. I was genuinely impressed at the food selection. In summary, we will be back to this property! If you are on the fence, go ahead and book!

I want to be able to say this properly so that anyone who reads this truly understands . We all look for amazing places and really only pictures and reviews to make the best decision . I can proudly and honestly say that this place is a true hidden GEM. Let me give you reasons why . The place looked just as good or even better in person . 2. We cooked a lot and there is no reason to bring any supplies. The place is stocked as if you didn’t yourself. The owners of this amazing cabin put their hearts and minds together to give you everything you needed . The hot tub was hot and located on the top floor and truly a relation hub . The game room was a great size and some great amenities for kids, young adults and anyone with a young heart. The movie room is top notch with a sound system of a real movie theater…incredible I couldn’t get my kids out of their. Plenty of sleeping room for everyone with balcony’s everywhere you turn . I would highly recommend this cabin and it is worth the money they charge . I travel a lot and this cabin exceeded my expectations.

Franklin and Susan were such kind people to deal with! They left us teddy bears as a gift to our kids, a s’mores kit, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and popcorn. The cabin was spotless. They even included several pool and hot tub towels which I have never had a host provide before. They had provided pool toys as well. The owners were amazing to reach out to. They responded very quickly. They went above and beyond providing extras that we haven’t experienced before. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Seven lifelong brothers converged on this beautiful cabin from North Alabama for a Thanksgiving weekend celebration, and the property did not disappoint! Every amenity was exquisite, from two complimentary bottles of wine and moscato to well-appointed and stocked kitchen utensils, delicious chocolate treats, Christmas decorations galore, the theater room, the fire pit, the hot tub, the pool, comfortable bedrooms, and quick communication, this is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone who needs to recharge their batteries! Wow, we were not bored! The kids spent tons of time in the pool and hot tub, we enjoyed sports and movies on the big screen, and explored beautiful hikes nearby. This was great for all ages in our party (kids through grandparents) and was an escape from the tourist crowd despite it being spring break season.

This cabin is amazing. All of our friends/family who have seen pictures have been asking about this cabin. Everything you need and more is at this cabin…including stuff for s'mores which our kids loved. Of course they also loved the games, pool, and theater room. This cabin is far enough away to be peaceful/quiet to enjoy the mountains but also close enough to enjoy the cities of gatlinburg and pigeon forge during the day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The cabin was beautiful and all of my friends had a great time. The check-in process was easy and straight forward. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only problem is the pool had way to much chlorine in it, it was hard to stay in the pool room for more than a hour. But other than that we had a great time.

We stayed in the cabin for a week while visiting the smoky mountains, and loved everything about it. I enjoyed getting up in the morning and opening up the back screened door to listen to all the wildlife, and enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck (there are three to choose from) Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and I felt it to be just the right size for our family. We ended up staying in most of the vacation, instead of doing the touristy type things, because the cabin kept us all entertained, and relaxed. Without a doubt, when we return, I will be looking for this cabin again to stay. The host was very responsive to texts, and questions, no matter when I would send them. I'm already dreaming of coming back "home" =)
