In the heart of the Périgord Noir, near all the sites of the Vézère valley (Lascaux 4: 12 km, La Roque Saint Christophe: 1.5 km, Les Eyzies: 8 km), sarlat: 25 km; and a little further away all the charms of the Dordogne valley, "la Plaine de Baillard": 5-room detached house 150 m² on 2 levels; Comfortable and modern furnishings: living / dining room with fireplace, dining area, tv, dvd ,. Kitchen (4 hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining table (4 pers). Bathroom, separate wc. 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190) and a dressing room with sliding doors.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180 x 200) sheets provided free of charge for this bed, and a dressing room with sliding doors; 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds) and a 3-door mirror cabinet; bathroom with shower, separate wc.
Available: washing machine, freezer, refrigerators, telephone, children's high chair, cot, 2 hair dryers, free internet (wifi). Electric heating. Suitable for families. "La Plaine de Baillard" single-family house, 2 levels, built in 2000, surrounded by trees and meadows. The location was peaceful, quite and secluded which was what we wanted. Bernard the owner had thought of everything, the property was clean and well equipped. Bernard was very polite and pleasant even though he didn't speak much English but we spoke even less french! Would definatley recommend this beautiful property in Dordogne.
