Localisation TB, au coeur du Périgord, proche des zones touristiques. Bel extérieur (terrasse, jardin, piscine) parfaitement sécurisé pour les enfants Très calme, vue sur la forêt, environnement très agréable. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée Jean-Pierre est très disponible et à l’écoute.
L’intérieur est fonctionnel mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Equipements pas toujours en bon état (chaises longues cassées, certains lits inconfortables) La maison n’était pas propre à notre arrivée et la vaisselle pas très bien lavée. On nous a dit qu’une personne avait été embauchée pour améliorer la situation. Rapport qualité prix un peu décevant pour ces raisons
