About this apartment rental

Vail International #005 is a beautifully remodeled 2BR/2BA condo with clean and modern lines on the ground floor. It looks out to the outdoor pool and hot tub with southern views to Vail Mountain. This condo has the shortest walk in the building to the outdoor hot tub. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave and granite countertops. Do you start your day with a cup of coffee? There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. There is a dining area with a table that seats up to 6 people. While eating, you can look out the sliding glass door and see Vail Mountain. There is also a living room with a gas fireplace and flat panel TV.

One bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed. The other bedroom has a King and a Queen bed as well as a sliding glass door that opens to a walk out, south facing patio. With four people staying together, each can have their own bed in this unit. Both bedrooms have flat panel TVs. The main bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors and the hall bathroom has a stall shower.

The condo is in an excellent location, just a short walk to Lionshead Village, the Market at Vail and the Dobson Ice Arena. It's about a 10 minute walk to Vail Village, or you can take the free in town shuttle.

On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.
Men's and Women's steam rooms.
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter/$25 per night summer, per vehicle may be possible, subject to availability.

A departure clean is included.

This is our 3rd time staying in this location (other units) but the fact that this condo steps right out to the hot tub puts it a step above the others. Easy access before and after skiing, and while it is closer to the Lionshead base, walking to Vail village was often faster than the town bus. Rooms were a nice size and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will look hard at this place for next time as well ! Thanks !

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent. Unlike other typical online rentals this is more like a hotel situation. There’s no 4 page document that tells you all the things you have to do to check out. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We spent 6 nights in the condo which is a 5min walk to the lifts at Lionshead. The condo is located on the ground floor by the pool and access is through an elevator or a set of stairs that looked like utility access. The hallway on our floor was dimly lit and had old carpet, there was a used mattress at one end of the hallway as well as dirty towels on the floor the entire time we were there. There was also an open electrical outlet on the wall with exposed wiring by the door of the condo. The overall feeling was that we were going into a rundown apartment complex every time we accessed the condo. We had friends stop by and I was embarrassed for them to see where we were staying. The actual condo is fine. It looks like the kitchen, flooring and one bathroom has been updated in the last few years. Some of the furniture (coffee table, side tables) look like leftovers from the early 80s but that's ok. The kitchen had everything we needed... we looked past the mismatched cutlery (some silver and some blue forks and knives with a few that had broken handles), there was only one wine glass but lots of mason jar looking glassware. The check-in process and communication with the property manager was fine. The property was clean... we had to empty the dishwasher when we got there. I understand that the complex/condo is on the "value side" of pricing in Vail but the complex was rough. This would be a good place for a group of college students.
