This second‑floor unit features a separate kitchen and is ideal for couples or small families (equipped for up to 4 guests).
You share the pool and lush garden with the other 2 units. Use the free kayaks to explore the river and see dolphins or manatees.

•1x living room with a couch that converts into a queen size bed (suitable for one adult or two children), dining space, flat-screen TV with satellite TV,

You are in a perfect location for day trips:
• Orlando and its world‑famous theme parks — 60 minutes
• Kennedy Space Center — visible on the horizon
• Cape Canaveral Cruise Port — 20 minutes
• Orlando International Airport — 45 minutes
• Miami International Airport — 2.5 hours
Cocoa Beach offers excellent water sports, golf courses, the famous Pier, and the largest Ron Jon Surf Shop in the US.
Since Cape Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away be our guest before or after your cruise.

Great location. Spacious for family of 4. Clean. Just as listed/expected. Bonus: pool, kayaks, standing paddle boards, walking distance to beach, & wildlife sightings (dolphin, fish, horseshoe crabs, etc.). Highly recommend. Will return in the future.

Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus.
