Located in south Cocoa Beach; desirable Marko Villa has a secluded, resort like feeling yet is moments away from shopping and restaurants. The Community has 600 feet of Ocean frontage and a private beach walkover. The two bedroom two bath unit is tastefully updated. Kitchen with huge center island is fully stocked for your every need. All new appliances including built in wine cooler. Full size washer and drying. Master is equipped with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and very comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom is equipped with two trundle twin beds. Living room has an oversized conversion couch.
Watch the ocean waves and surfers from your balcony while you enjoy your morning coffee. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys are available for your use.

This lovely beachfront condo had everything we needed! It is a smaller, well-cared for complex (35? Condos) about a mile south from most restaurants and shops. Perfect location for us! Our only decision each day was whether to sit by the beautiful pool or take the short walk to the beach. We enjoyed morning and evening beverages on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves and watching cruise ships as well as surfers. We loved watching the launches from our balcony/beach. A real bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Had the pleasure of staying here Jan 15 - Feb 28 and would recommend to anyone. The photos of the condo are accurate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had what we needed, the pool was heated to 81 deg, and the beach was nearly deserted (at least during the week). Would LOVE to come back again!

I just finished my stay and it was wonderful. The condo is located in a building that only has 33 units. Everyone I met was very friendly and I felt so welcome. I absolutely loved the small “home” feel of this property. The pool was never overcrowded. The unit is right on the beach and there is a beautiful view from the bedroom, living room and balcony. It was very nicely updated with an open kitchen and huge island/bar. The unit was super clean and had everything you could need. Barb was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful! I definitely want to stay here again.
