The location was nice with access to both the river and a short walk to the beach. The dock was great, and the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunsets.The kitchen was stocked with the basics but some of the cabinets were hard to open (especially the trashcan). Beach and bath towels were provided but only enough beach towels and wash cloths for 4 people. The listing noted a sofa bed and washer and dryer in the unit. We did not find either but instead was advised the 3rd bed is an air mattress and the washer and dryer are below the unit and shared with all guests/residents in the building. The rental company was quick to respond to my concerns but it was disappointing that the listing did not include this information since we were traveling as a family of 5 and were looking forward to doing laundry at our leisure, not having to wait by the machine.
