About this apartment rental
STVR-19-347215. This is a direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. The unit was recently remodeled with a new kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, as well as the bedrooms. All new appliances in October 2023. Air Conditioning and vinyl plank flooring have been installed with AC units in both bedrooms and the main living area. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. TA-073-559-0400-01
There is free wireless internet, 1 assigned parking spot (which is conveniently located close to the elevator and at no extra charge), basic cable, and a phone allowing free local & long distance calls to North America (including Canada). Everything from major grocery stores to farmers markets are all within a 15 minute drive from the complex. We're about 2 miles from the restaurants, shopping, and excitement of the historic town of Kailua-Kona. It's about a 20-25 minute drive to/from Kona International Airport (KOA) and about 15 minutes from Honokohau Small Boat harbor where most fishing charters, and many dive charters, etc. are based.

Our stay here was about as wonderful as we could have wanted. The view was to die for, and the surfers provided a show every single day while we were out on the lanai. The layout of the condo and the convenience of parking and an elevator so close were really appreciated for our older bones. We sure hope to be back!

We have stayed at Banyon Tree many times and love it! The unit has everything we needed and the host was great. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful view and updated condo. Common areas of Banyan need updating, but otherwise great stay. Owner was also very responsive and accommodating.

We had a very comfortable stay. There was everything that we needed - the kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The ice maker wasn't working, but there were ice trays in the freezer already filled. Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There is a closet in the 2nd bedroom filled with swimming toys, beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear. The king bed in the master bedroom is firm but quite comfortable. Note the bed is quite high to crawl into, but there is a bench at the foot of the bed or a stool under the side table if you are short like me! But, the best part of the condo is the lanai. The view is amazing! And we had fun watching the surfers.
