The living room is super spacious with plenty of seating on a large sectional and two accent chairs. Gather for a movie night on the big screen TV or simply gaze out at the waves.
In the kitchen, you’ll love the open layout, abundant cabinetry, gleaming Quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. At the huge breakfast bar, you’ll find seating for four, a great spot to keep the chef company and enjoy a drink or an appetizer. Steps from the kitchen, gather for meals and game nights at the six-person dining table.
After busy days at the beach and pool, retreat to one of three spacious bedrooms for some time to yourself. Each bedroom features hotel-style linens, coastal decor, rich area rugs, and flatscreen TVs. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home accommodates up to twelve guests, so it’s perfect for families. It even has an in-unit washer and dryer for your use.
But there’s no question that the best part is the balcony. Relax on the outdoor furniture or enjoy your morning coffee at the table and take in views of the beach, pool, and sparkling emerald Gulf. From sunrise to sunset, the breathtaking views are just for you.
*Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This condo is beautiful and very spacious. They had everything we needed in the kitchen plus an additional ice maker for all your drink needs in the bar area. And so many amenities to choose from on site, and the beach was perfect.

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean,. the view is just gorgeous. There were fireworks on the beach Sat night that I wasn't expecting! Very comfortable stay. Excellent location. The only problem I had was that cable in the room with the 2 queen beds did not work. I never called the property manager because we all mostly watched TV in the living room...so it was a minor set back. Otherwise, very good stay.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the view was amazing! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable- we had 7of us and it was perfect! My only comment would be that it would’ve been better had one of the outdoor pools been heated. They were way to cold to go in, and this was a disappointment to the 4 kids we had with us. The indoor pool was heated, and that was nice- but who wants to sit inside all day when the sun is shining? Our suggestion would be to heat one at least during the spring months when the sun isn’t heating the pools yet. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

Beautiful condo, amazing views, well-equipped kitchen... I had little desire to get out and about because it was so nice to stay in and cook and enjoy the view. Very comfortable for our family and guests. Hope to come back!
