The host, Emilio was very receptive. Really wanted the use of a Keurig.. buying a package of ground coffee solved that issue. Loved the set up of this condo and the close proximity to Mt. Snow, shuttle, etc. The club house pool was fantastic. The negatives: Oven door did not close all the way. Hot to the touch when you want to increase or decrease the temperature of the oven. The oven light stays on all the time because the oven door will not shut all the way. Upon our arrival we found that oven and stove top were not cleaned . Keurig did not work. The coffee pot was not cleaned..old coffee grinds were in there upon our arrival and the filter was moldy. The fans were dirty and dusty. We had six adults and five children. There were minimal supplies, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. and we were only here 3 nights. There were not enough glasses and mugs to last more than one sitting. The heat was very inconsistent, family room up to 75 degrees at night with heat on 64. The small bedroom on the third floor was noisy.. my daughter and son-in-law would wake up hearing the heat turn on. The hot tub warmed up great the second night. All in all.. the grandchildren had a blast... it was a great family get away location and condo space. We loved this area.. but would like a more updated condo for this price.Thank you, Cheryl
