About this house rental
The Cocoonr/bookandpay agency offers this charming 100 m² house with sea view and shared swimming pool for rent in La Croix-Valmer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds that can be moved closer together
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² unfenced garden
- An unfenced, south-facing terrace of 250 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared, unheated swimming pool open from 20 April to 30 September
- Shared tennis court (badge available)
- Shared pétanque court
The house is ideally located in La Croix-Valmer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Sylvabelle wild beach
- Gigaro beach: a long, natural beach with restaurants and bars for a coffee or an aperitif with a sea view.
- Cap Tailla
- Plage de l'Escalet (Ramatuelle): a discreet cove ideal for a sunset stroll or picnic.
- Landing beach
- Hiking in La Croix Valmer: the Crocodile underwater trail, the Coastal Trail
- Water sports club on Gigaro beach: puddle, canoeing, windsurfing, fun board, efoil...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the estate's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulon station, about 1h15min by car
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport, about 1 hour by car
- Free summer shuttle service from 1 June to 30 September, from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. It will take you between the village and the D-Day landing beaches, Gigaro, Sylvabelle, Héraclée...

- Bed linen and towels not provided - optional for €45/person to be paid on site.
