The Towers 304 is a nicely furnished 3rd floor Oceanfront condo, just two blocks north of the boardwalk! Sliding glass doors open from the living and dining area to a large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, and there is central air conditioning and a beautiful oceanfront outdoor pool. The building has new elevators and the unit comes with one parking spot. This spacious unit has two large bedrooms, one is oceanfront. The master has one queen bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guests provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Loved the property and location but they definitely need some new mattresses. Two of the three beds have mattresses that should have been thrown out years ago.

This was a vacation for three adults. The unit is in need of an upgrade. It appeared cleaners did a good job with what they are given to clean. Surfaces and bathrooms appeared clean. Under sinks there was unusable space due to mold. Kitchen needs updated but everything worked. Newer toaster oven available which was good since the toaster seemed to be missing a bottom. Just don't look too closely in some of the drawers. Washer and dryer worked well. Regular coffee pot available. There were some beach chairs in the laundry area. Elevators seemed to be readily available. Pool area was ok. Short walk directly to the beach with rentals available. Beds had a mattress protector and pad. Old bedspreads were on top and it's doubtful they are washed. Old blankets and pillows were piled in the master bedroom closet which should be tossed. We brought our own sheets and towels instead of renting. The sliding doors were extremely hard to open. Overall, we knew the place needed updates, but things worked, and we saved money with lodging so we could spend it on going out to eat, etc.
