About this apartment rental

This condo is a direct oceanfront view, prime location near the end of the boardwalk. A master bedroom (1 Queen) and private bath are separate from the second bedroom (2 Queens) and hall bath. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 48" flat screen and DVD. Ocean front pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. 1 parking space per unit. Free Wifi for my guests.
Sorry, no rentals to high school seniors. You must be 25 years old to rent.

Would highly recommend this property to rent. Great place, very clean, very very good views.. Kitchen very well stocked. Great communication with easy check in and check out.
