Large four bedroom and four bedroom with den townhouses. Three oceanfront balconies, sunken living room, some with wet bar and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. No pets, please.
Multi-level 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse right on the beach! Great mid-town location. 3 oceanfront decks and a private 4th deck. Many upgrades including custom kitchen with large island and granite countertops, fully stocked and a pantry for storage. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Updated bathrooms, new carpet, new sliding doors, new washer/ dryer, new HVAC, multiple ceiling fans,4 flat screen TV's, WiFi. Sunken living room. Covered parking for 3 cars. For 2020, brand new extended composite main deck 19x15.

NO SMOKING.
BEDROOM 3 HAS A CHILD'S BUNK BED.
Parking: Three designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It's a well setup comfortable townhouse. The central AC worked well for the heat of the summer. The upstairs had a couple extra wall units to augment the cooling if necessary. Great view of the beach with easy access. Nicely setup outdoor deck. Great location on the island due to proximity of attractions and being less crowded on the beach. There is tandom parking for 3x cars but one car cannot be too tall due to low clearance. A sedan would fit but a Subaru Forester is a little too tall.
