The 2019 newly built beach house, is within walking distance only about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. Far from mass tourism, in the former fishing village Börgerende, directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Ostseeradwanderweg leads directly over Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, endless walks along the sea to Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, ride on the steam train Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!

Finally holidays!Our exclusive holiday home Somerset is located in approx. 350 m as the crow flies within walking distance to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in the year 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors incl. Floor heating, on about 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly in the maritime style furnished house offers enough space for max. 6 persons. On the ground floor there is the generously designed living-dining area, the utility room and the first bathroom incl. Shower. The modern open fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), so they do not have to give up any comfort during their vacation. You can have breakfast on our beautiful terrace. For relaxing afterwards our cozy sofa in the living room invites. In the housekeeping room you will find a washing machine with dryer free of charge. In the 1. Upstairs is the second spacious and bright bathroom with shower. You will also find two bedrooms, each with spacious wardrobes, and chest of drawers, as well as two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) with single mattresses. To sleep better can be watched in both rooms on the installed flat-TV TV. In the 2. Upstairs is our beautiful roof gallery.
