Just a short distance from the sea, this beach vacation home lets you experience it all. Am Schwarzen Busch Beach is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 13-minute drive to Kirchdorf Harbor.

Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 969-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, stereo, and DVD player.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, cookware, and a toaster. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include a living room, heating, and a dining table.

Lage des Ferienhauses: sehr gut Couch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas ungemütlich (subjektiv) Parkplatz ist sehr eng und verwinkelt.

Einziges Manko an diesem Haus ist der sehr enge Parkplatz. Für einen Kleinwagen geht es, aber für größere Autos ist es eine Katastrophe. Man sieht es auch an den Lackspuren, welche anderr Autos am Zaun hinterlassen haben. Das Haus selber und die Lage zum Strand ist wirklich toll.

Das Haus ist schön und die Lage direkt am Strand super und ruhig. Alles wie beachrieben und fotografiert. Die Reinigungskosten allerdings sind für die erbrachte Leistung überzogen teuer. Ich bin nicht penibel, und Haus, Küche und Sanitärbereich waren auch sehr sauber, aber einige Töpfe, Besteck und andere Küchenutensilien dreckig bis an die Grenze von ekelig. Gebrauchte Tempotücher der Vormieter möchte ich auch nicht zwischen den Sofakissen finden. Das Haus wird ohne Bettwäsche und Handtücher vermietet, also muss man gegen Extragebühr ein Wäschepaket ordern. Dafür erhält man fadenscheinige Bettwäsche die aussieht und sich anfühlt wie im Krankenhaus und darf seine Betten selber überziehen. Jeder muss selbst entscheiden, ob das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen ist. Der Strand ist schön aber schmal und im Herbst mit vielen Algen, was aber egal ist, da man bei den Temperaturen sowieso nicht baden kann. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sind überschaubar und in zwei Tagen abgehakt. Es gibt keine Geschäfte auf der Insel (Supermarkt im Hauptort Kirchdorf). Die Gastronomie ist ein durchweg ein Desaster. Warme Küche nur bis 19.30 Uhr! Ich mag auch bodenständiges oder deftiges, aber auf Poel lässt sich kein annehmbares Restaurant finden - abgesehen von zwei Cafés (immer voll, unbedingt reservieren) und einer Fischbude am Kirchdorfer Hafen.
