Das Ferienhaus Helene ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Seine Lage zum Strand ist gut. Mit dem Rad ist man in 8 Minuten auch mit Kindern am Wasser. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage. Hinter dem Haus ist eine große Wiese zum Spielen und Toben für die Kinder.
