This Walden subdivision has two ponds, walking trails; fenced Pickleball court and is close to an elementary school for playground use. Floorplan boasts a gourmet kitchen open to the great room and view of the serenity of the outdoors. Walkouts galore onto decks and out of the basement into the woods, yet close enough to neighbors to not feel isolated. Master bedroom suite private on 2nd level with connecting 5 pcs bath (jetted tub and large shower). Wood burning stove to cozy up the place on those winter nights. Our gang of thirteen 65+ adults enjoyed our stay. We mostly gathered outside underneath the pines. We were aware of the air mattress situation and were okay with them, but did have some issues figuring out where to put them.
