Welcome to a step back in time as the walnut staircase, imported from a historic hotel, welcomes you into a home reminiscent of the late 1800s. Our goal is to provide you with a clean and beautiful environment for your visit to Colorado! Our desire is for this house to be your home away from home! Read our reviews!
Very quiet yet only 12 minutes from either gate of the Air Force Academy. Close to SuperTarget and shopping with easy access to Denver or local airports. Upper level sleeps 3 in two rooms; main level sleeps 8 in three rooms; basement sleeps 8 in four rooms. Additional cots available. Baby crib available.
Book four days or more in July and receive a $100 gift card to one of our favorite local restaurants, Mountain View Cafe or Black Forest Bistro, just moments away! In addition, book a week or more and receive 10% off your total stay.

Firstly... The house as you drive up says oh Yeah we made a great choice. Pictures are good but reality is even better. Owner had given us the front door code which worked perfectly. House was amazing rooms and beds for everyone all 14 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped! everything you could want or need.
Owner was very responsive with questions and assistance when needed. Not only responsive they were very kind and friendly.
I'd do it all again. It was perfect.

This was a lovely home in a peaceful mountain setting. The house had everything we needed and more. The owners showed us great hospitality and was there to answer any question or need we might have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who want to make family memories.

We went to Colorado Springs to attend my nephews wedding at the Wedgewood Black Forest event center. The location of the VBRO was perfect only 5 minutes away. The house was huge and accommodated my extended family with ease. We had 9 adults and 2 children. The property was beautiful, clean, and our host Lisa was great. We made use of the huge dining room, kitchen, outside area and corn hole games. Weather was perfect.

This property was the perfect fit for our family. We held our son's Rehearsal dinner outside on the lawn and it was a beautiful setting. Our entire family stayed at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Steve and Lisa were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in often. This place was a big help in making our stay for the wedding a total success!
