Everything was amazing, kitchen stocked well, hot tub clean and enjoyable, golf very nice as well. The lights in the backyard was a lovely touch, very homey. Parking easy. Communication clear. Location safe. Neighborhood safe. Rooms with A/C and upstairs was so nice. So so so nice.
Downstairs in the summer. Difficulty being people didn’t want to stay downstairs and left / went upstairs / slept in their cars. It was really really hot. Even with fans it was unusable of a space. If we realized it would have been that bad, we wouldn’t have planned to use the downstairs area. Some people in our party are sensitive to heat and that was tough for them.
