Estero Beach & Tennis Club 608B is a Neat & Clean one bedroom, one bath condo located steps away from the Gulf of Mexico on the southern end of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. It accommodates four guests. This condo has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. You'll have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Have your coffee at the dinette table or out on the patio. The Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a room divider, offering privacy when it's time to retire. An adjoining full bathroom awaits you for a quick shower or leisurely bath. A sleeper sofa accommodates two guests. Sliders in the living area open onto a patio where you'll have a choice of views - take in an ongoing tennis match, watch for the numerous birds by the pond that have a claim on it, look past the island to the back bay or gaze at the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful island life dots all of these views.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $200 Refundable Security Deposit required for this property. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

It was a nice studio unit. Nothing fancy or elaborate. It was just as described. It met my needs. Somewhere inexpensive on the beach. Across the street was Santini Plaza which was nice since it had 4 or 5 restaurants which you could walk to.

We were very pleased how Jeff took care of getting the broken bath faucet changed so quickly. They also supplied new pillows for our use when the ones on the bed were not comfortable. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The outdoor grounds and location were great! The condo we stayed in was sub par on cleanliness. The fridge seals had mold on them. All the utensils in the drawers were dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The walls in the kitchen had spattered stuff all over them. Felt very frustrated that I had to clean when I got there. The fridge is old and loud to the point we would have to move the cold items to the freezer at night and turn it off to have peace and quiet when going to bed. We told mgt and they said they would talk to the owner and get back to us. We never heard back from them. Other condos may be better but the one we got was a bit disappointing.
