Welcome to this amazing beachfront condo called Estero Beach and Tennis 703B. Experience coastal bliss at this charming vacation rental condo located at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club condominiums in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Step outside onto the balcony and immerse yourself in the amazing views of the gulf - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or witness stunning sunsets over the horizon. Upon entering your condo on the seventh floor, a corner unit, you are drawn to the outstanding panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. Estero Beach and Tennis 703B is a one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with kitchen, living room/dining area and balcony. There is tile flooring throughout. Entry is into a foyer and then the open plan kitchen, dining/living area with balcony. This condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining area and bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is nestled to the right upon entry, with beautiful solid surface countertops and backsplash accented by corner stainless steel kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, and built-in above-range microwave oven. In the dining/living area is a table seating four, and the living area is furnished with a sleeper-sofa, end table with lamp and side chair, opposite which is a flat screen TV next to the kitchen area. There are sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony where you will catch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises.
The primary bedroom offers comfort and convenience with a king-size bed, anight stands with lamps and a chest of drawers, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and resort views everywhere you look. There is also ample closet space in the large en suite bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower, commode, and a single-piece vanity with lavatory. For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level.

Fully stocked condo. Did not need to provide much except beach towels. A laundry basket would have been nice to carry down some laundry, but other than that it was a great condo.

The location to the beach was the highlight! Very close!The unit itself was disappointing. Very dated. Kitchen minimal and drawer next to stove was broken. Refrigerator was new, but the plastic was still on the door and had to be peeled off -- difficult to do. The door rubbed against the molding on the wall and we had to wiggle the fridge into position so that the door would close without clunking into the wall.Lack of dishwasher was annoying, but we got by.The outdated wall unit only allowed for a very small tv, so there was difficulty watching it unless you were right in the kitchen area.Only one small end table. We had to bring the outdoor tables in so that we could set a drink down in the small living area. Had to stand on a chair to turn off the fan in the kitchen so that it didn't hum all the time.One elevator in the building went out every other day (at least).We would not return to this particular unit.
