Escape to the sands of Fort Myers Beach in this fantastic studio suite located on the southern end of Estero Island and the beach in your backyard. The tastefully decorated studio is laid out with a living/dining area, sleeping space, bathroom, full kitchen and open balcony that offers you a stunning 8th floor view of the Island and partial view of the Gulf. Up to 4 guests can share this space and enjoy:

Living area with queen sleeper sofa and side chair
Flat screen Smart TV with Xfinity cable
Full kitchen with granite counters, full size appliances, cookware, dinnerware and small kitchen appliance included; dining table for 4
Sleeping space has a king size bed, corner makeup table with chair, closet with mirrored doors and a moveable partition that may be drawn to divide the sleeping area and living room.
The bathroom features bathtub with shower.
Windows flank two walls of the condo, bringing the Florida sunlight and 8th floor views of the Island right into the living space. An expanded open balcony with seating for 2 overlooks the tennis courts on property and Estero Island beyond. To the left, there is a partial view of the Gulf from the balcony.
All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included.
The door features a keyless lock, so you can come and go freely without having to keep track of keys at the beach.
Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.
Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler are all available for your use.
Tennis & pickleball courts and shuffleboard are new and available for use.
The coin operated laundry facilities are located in building C on the ground floor next to the stairway door & elevators.
This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.
No pets allowed.
RV or Trailer parking is NOT PERMITTED.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Overall nice experience. Suggest bath mat as tub is slippery. FYI the fan in bathroom does not work and icemaker worked minimally. Great to have tennis available and amenities across the street.

Carpet was very stained and screen to patio ripped. I notified management about this the first day, but nothing was addressed until the day before we left (offered to clean the carpet). Very disappointed.
