Just six blocks from Old Town Square, it features a clean, minimalist design, two remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers, a stacked washer/dryer, and a dining table with seating for eight. With two king beds, one queen, and a bunk room perfect for kids, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax.
Spend your days exploring Fort Collins’ lively downtown, local breweries, and nearby trails—all just minutes from your door. While the home sits near a main road, guests appreciate how easy it is to come and go throughout their stay. It’s a practical, well-connected home base for making the most of your Northern Colorado visit.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There are two ¾ bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Two dedicated parking spots in the driveway, additional street parking
LOCATION: Located near the intersection of Mulberry and Riverside, this home offers convenience and accessibility. Please note that due to its proximity to the main thoroughfares, street noise may be noticeable during peak hours.

My extended family and I (4 adults and 2 teens) booked this house in Fort Collins during our stay for a wedding. This house had enough space for us to spread out and had room for all of us to gather together. All of the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.We enjoyed this location as it was a 15 minute walk to Old Town where we explored different shops and restaurants.Overall, we enjoyed this house and recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.
