Seven of us stayed at this property. Two families visiting Parents, (Grandparents) who live in Ft. Collins. It was a wonderful visit and will try to reserve another year in the future. We did not use the hot tub.

The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 plus a baby to hang out. Beds were comfortable.
