BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
NOTE: This is a multi-unit home shared with a long-term tenant in the front unit. Your portion of the home and outdoor spaces are fully private and not shared.
NOTE: Portions of the lower-level ceiling are under 6 feet — please use caution.
CAMERA DISCLOSURE: For the safety of our guests, this property features a camera at the main entrance. The camera is outward-facing and does not look into interior spaces.
