Explore miles of paved paths on foot or by bike, with three complimentary cruiser bikes provided. Easy access to Old Town Fort Collins, nearby parks, and Horsetooth Mountain Open Space makes this location ideal for both relaxed outings and outdoor adventure.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully fenced backyard with a flagstone patio, private hot tub, fire pit, ample outdoor seating, and a children’s play structure with swings. An elevated balcony features an outdoor dining table, pergola, and propane BBQ grill. Three complimentary cruiser bikes are available for guest use.
INDOOR LIVING: Multiple living areas, each with a Smart TV, dining table with seating for 8, electric fireplace, laptop-friendly workspace, card table, dart board, board games, and ceiling fans.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens and towels, keyless entry, heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron and ironing board, and cleaning essentials. Kid-friendly amenities include a highchair, baby gate, pack ’n play, and more.
PARKING: Two-car garage and driveway parking

NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

Stacy was great!!!I had miscalculated out dates and needed to add an additional night to our stay. She worked with me, not only about adding the date, but, giving me the best price possible. I wasn't aware of the additional cost for the hot tub use, she worked with me on that as well. They provide streaming services on the TVs, laundry, a fire pit, a hot tub a BBQ, everything that we needed to have an enjoyable stay. There was a night that my dog wasn't able to stay and she is going to comp us for that too.Thanks so much for the enjoyable experience!Denise Mercia and Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the location of property was close to CSU (five minute drive to Moby Arena). Kitchen was fully equipped for meals and the size of home was perfect for three generations under one roof! The host was very prompt at responding to messages and very kind. We definitely recommend this property and hope we can stay again!

The property was nice with a few exceptions. This property has a window air conditioner. This was fine if you were in that one room but the other bedroom was very warm and then after plugging a straightener in one of the outlets one of the breakers blew but no one came to fix it so then the fan would not even work and the couple in that room were very warm and had a hard time sleeping. Also it said there was room for ten guests but ten people were not able to sit at the table and eat or sit comfortably in the living room. We are family oriented and like to be together so this was a challenge.
