This house suited our visit perfectly. Bedroom with queen/twin and game room with twin bunk and trundle were on the lower level. Which is where you access outdoor dpace and hot tub.Main level was kitchen, dining, living room and half bath. Open space made it great to spend time together. Upstairs is queen & king bedrooms Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus! Host was easy to reach and very communicative. This property is in Silverthrorn so close to shops and places to eat. Frisco Marina is about 15 mins away. The Adventure Park & Breckenridge are 20 minutes away. Not a bad drive.TVs in all the rooms, ceiling fans in some but property has several fan in closets to use (there is no AC home in this area).

Well kept and maintained property. Up to date and good instructions. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need. We really appreciated some starter accessories like soaps, shampoos and other things. Ample of space throughout.
Garage is usable for one car to protect from rain/sun etc. Enough parking outside too. Pretty close to markets, but at the same time at the right distance and good vicinity for peace and calm.
There is no AC in this unit so if it gets too warm outside, opening windows is the only option and there are ceiling fan or table fans in some rooms. Wifi is probably good to connect a couple of devices, we could see some lag when everyone was connected during high usage.

This rental was ideal for us to share with other family members, including 3 little kids, as we visited other family in the area. Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom allowed everyone to have their own private space. The different bedroom configurations helped accommodate our different families well. The kitchen was well stocked and the large dining table and downstairs outdoor space gave options for gathering together with our whole family. Everything we needed and wanted to do was a short drive down the hill.

I booked this home with my family and it was great for a group of 8 including 3 kids. The home was clean despite a few things in the master. However when we arrived the hot tub was being fixed and not able to use until the second night. The grill outside never heated and we weren’t able to use it, along with ever getting the patio lights on. I texted the service number several times but the issues never got resolved. The code for the garage also never worked so we couldn’t throw the garbage out.
