No expense spared on 85 yr home, 3 bdrm-2 story nestled between Quachita/Quapaw of Hot Springs. >1mi from shopping on Central Ave, Bathhouse Row, West Summit Trl, >2mi from Oaklawn Horse Racing, and so much more. Racing Fans Box Seats available upon request and available for Friday and Saturdays ONLY December 9th-May 16th. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Mstr w/Queen downstairs w/BA. King bedrm upstairs w/convertible chair & PacknPlay & bdrm w/2 trundle daybeds. Comfortable furniture & complete SmartHouse w/ security cameras outside seating & Grill area.

Very convenient location. We walked to West Mountain hiking trails, Bathhouse Row,, the Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail and several restaurants (Our favorite was Cafe Kahlo). Oaklawn Racetrack was a 5 minute drive. The street the house is on is a quiet one-way residential street, but near a busy intersection that was a little loud at night. The white noise app on our tablet drowned out the noise though.All in all, we had a very comfortable stay.

Everything was extremely close by and convenient. The home is beautiful and was stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Very well put together.
