Beautiful home! For our group it isn’t walking distance to the heart of downtown (two have knee problems), but it is only a 3 minute drive and there is plenty of parking when you get downtown. Host has lots of extras that aren’t normally at a rental (snacks, detergent, toiletries, etc). The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer if we could. We plan to return and book again for our next trip!

We had a wonderful time!!! The house was amazing. Everything that you wanted and more. From the furnishings to the amenities to the kitchen appliances,/utensils. Nothing was missed. We had an opportunity to sit in the backyard and it was relaxing and a great place for conversation. We had a chance to meet the owners and they were very friendly and sociable. It was a short 20 minute walk to downtown where everything was accessible. If traveling to Hot Springs, I recommend this place. Thanks, Shane and Alice.

This house was perfect for us. My husband and I had the downstairs and each of our two girls had a bedroom upstairs with a bathroom to share. Everything was well stocked and just as comfortable as being at home.The location was perfect for an event at the Convention Center. Literally a two minute drive.We had a fantastic stay and will stay there again if it is available when we are available.

This property had everything we needed and more with so many extra touches. Snacks, coffee, fans, blankets, games, outdoor seating, grill, fully stocked kitchen and laundry detergent. It was extremely clean and so close to everything we wanted to do. It also felt very safe with security cameras at points of entry. The mattress toppers provided a great night’s rest and I loved the blinds and curtains throughout the home. So many distinct, extra touches of design/decor in this charming home. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do and stocked with just about anything you could need (they even had toddler plates/cups/utensils. The house was beautiful and they even had it decorated for Christmas. Also a perk for small children, they didn’t have a bunch of breakable decor we had to move(although this could change once Christmas is done).

Very clean, very good instructions and communication. Nice covered parking walking distance to Bath Row. The only slight negative is that it is close to a busy corner and a little noisy at times. Hosts kindly have ear plugs if needed.

The home was exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts provided lots of extras which was a bonus! Especially the throw blankets and ample pillows everywhere. We especially liked the memory foam mattress topper! Neighborhood was quiet although it’s off a busier road and we could hear sirens and cars at night, but since it’s located near a hospital and police station that’s not as surprising. Much closer to Historic Hot Springs than we thought, and we probably could have walked if the weather had been cooler. It was clean and had extra cleaning supplies available too. The kitchen had lots of spices, oil and extras which helped with cooking.

Curb appeal was adorable as we pulled up. Location was super close to our conference center. Very close to everything. Cleanliness was five stars. We even commented that we didn’t feel the need to wear socks or slippers the whole time we were there. The owners thought of everything. From forgotten toothbrushes to great makeup removers, this house had everything. Set up was wonderful as all four of us had our own beds. Will definitely book again next summer!!

My family loved the property. It was far better than expected. The house was tastefully decorated, and everything was as shown in the pictures. If we chose to dine in, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, as well as spices and pots and pans needed for cooking. Our stay at the sweet retreat was amazing. House was beautiful, super clean , beds were very comfortable and great location to downtown. We spent Thursday-Sunday at this home with two adult couples and 2 teenage boys and it was the perfect set up. We grilled steaks and played cornhole in the back yard . Shane and Alicia have provided everything you need to feel right at home. Super sweet couple, very attentive to anything you asked or needed. They provided several recommendations to eat, and things to do. I will definitely book with them the next trip to Hot Springs.

This property has recently undergone a major renovation. No cost was spared to create a welcoming and cozy environment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the attention to details was amazing. There were 5 adults in our group and everyone had plenty of space. We all agreed that this was the first property we had ever rented that the property itself was actually better than the pictures. This house is very welcoming and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Very close to downtown bathhouses and horse races. The only set backs were the one way street it was located on meant we were always circling our location and a hot tub was listed on amenities although there was not one. Would definitely recommend this spotless home.
