This is a fresh remodel completed in 2019. It is situated just of the main roadways. It is in a transitional neighborhood with its own privacy and just a hop away from the community church and volleyball court. This location is all about convenience and ease of getting to any of the attractions in town. Regardless of where you need to get in this Historic city you're no more than 15 minutes away!
Guests will enjoy private and exclusive access to the entire house and backyard amenities throughout their stay. For your convenience, entry is seamless. Please note, there is a locked owner's closet in the dining room and a locked door at the end of the hallway leading to an unfinished basement. These areas are not accessible to guests.

We were in town for a softball tournament. This super cute house was perfectly located just minutes from both Kimery park and majestic. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is provided. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and would stay here again if we are ever back in town.

We had a great stay! The house was so cute it was perfect for our family and friends! The beds were cozy as well. Cant go wrong with this house! The host were so easy and nice to talk to as well.

Felt very private with my room separated from the others. For 3 or 4 adults this place is ideal. Owner was in touch promptly to resolve any issues or concerns. The cleaning lady even came by on Her busy day to help me with the remotes and tv setup. The previous tenant may have taken a cord, by accident. All was great overall. Very comfortable beds. Great amenities. Smooth checkin with code.

Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.
