About this apartment rental
Characteristic 17th century stone house divided into 6 apartments (including IUP579 and IUP581) and dépendance (IUP772), about 80 m away. The houses are located on a 150 ha estate on a hill (480 m.a.s.l.) and is surrounded by meadows and woods. Beautiful view of the valley and the forest. In the surrounding meadow with olive grove is the swimming pool, gazebo and brick barbecue for communal use. Sale of organic olive oil DOP. Access via 1 km of gravel road. Baby cribs available on request. Distances: San Vito in Monte (restaurant) 1.5 km, San Venanzo (stores of all kinds) 12 km, Todi and Perugia 36 km, Orvieto 38 km, Assisi 45 km. Included in the price: Internet connection in the common room. IUP579: the bathroom is windowless.

(+) The location is beautiful. The apartment fits easily 4 persons, have comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms which is very fine. We had an apartment with a big terras which was great as we could eat outside all the time. A swimming pool is big and beautifully situated. The location is very quiet and far away from busy roads which was ideal. The owner Federica is extremely friendly and helpful.
(-) The equipment in the apartment is quite dated and needs some extra attention: the fridge cooling system did not work well, the toilet splashing system was broken (water dripping), some other things were rusted or missing (like a bottle opener or matches).
Despite the above, we had a wonderful time there!
