Characteristic 17th century stone house divided into 6 apartments (including IUP579 and IUP581) and dépendance (IUP772), about 80 m away. The houses are located on a 150 ha estate on a hill (480 m.a.s.l.) and is surrounded by meadows and woods. Beautiful view of the valley and the forest. In the surrounding meadow with olive grove is the swimming pool, gazebo and brick barbecue for communal use. Sale of organic olive oil DOP. Access via 1 km of gravel road. Baby cribs available on request. Distances: San Vito in Monte (restaurant) 1.5 km, San Venanzo (stores of all kinds) 12 km, Todi and Perugia 36 km, Orvieto 38 km, Assisi 45 km.
