Welcome to “The Rody”! This incredible, sophisticated home has been meticulously styled to make your stay comfortable, inviting, and fun. Soak up the sun in your private backyard w/ large heated pool. Perfect for entertaining: open concept living, brand new chef's kitchen w/ high-end appliances, bar area w/ wine fridge, and plenty of outdoor games. This chic abode sleeps 10 and offers a separate "getting ready room". Centrally located, MINUTES to all the Old Town Scottsdale fun!
The space:
Chic and dazzling, every room will be your favorite. Open concept living makes it easy to relax and entertain. Two double sliding doors seamlessly unite inside with outside. The backyard oasis is outfitted with a "lounge couch", chaise loungers, giant sun-shade, backyard games, grill, wine/beer fridge, and additional seating areas. Inside, you'll find designer touches throughout. A spacious primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom is situated just off the main hallway. Three additional bedrooms, (all equipped with luxe finishes and bedding) are ready for your guests! The incredible living space features a wet bar with TV, oversized dining table, incredible chef's kitchen, and cozy living space. Information on Pool Heating:
-Optional pool heating available November to mid-May. Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $200 for the minimum, and any additional days will be $100 per day. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in so we can ensure that the temp is good to go upon your arrival. We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pool to is 84 degrees.
- Washer and dryer in laundry room (complimentary detergent and fabric softener)
- Access to the property will require a security code which will be provided 24 hours prior along with check-in instructions.
- We do not allow parties, if the police are called and issue a citation then we will debit that from your security deposit. No parties, events, live music, or DJ's

Host was very welcoming and even worked with us with some scheduling changes. Amenities were awesome, pool was fantastic, and this was the perfect place for our girls weekend. We felt safe and were able to relax.

The size and layout of the house was perfect for our group. For the most part it was well stocked. There were no dish cloths (so I bought some) and only one tea towel. The frying pans were rusty, dirty and old (so I bought some) On the first day, some water was spilled on the floor so I wiped it with paper towel and the paper was filthy! At a quick glance, the house looked clean but was very dirty! I had 4 of my young grandchildren there aged 3 and under, we needed to clean the bathtub before bathing them!The bedding and linen was cheap and old! I’d say this house would be great for a group of guys in a golf trip who don’t mind the lack of cleanliness and plan on eating out or ordering in!
