FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

NIGHTLY MINIMUM:
In an effort to prevent nuisance parties, we do not allow one night stays.


OCCUPANCY:
No outside guests allowed. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property at any time.


VENDORS:
Outside vendors require prior approval by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules. We are not responsible for any fees if you book a vendor and must cancel on them because they are unapproved.


QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)
Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise outside the sliding glass door. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched and you will be charged a $250 fee.


EARLY CHECK IN
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you!


LATE CHECK OUT
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property. One at the front entrance overlooking front porch and driveway. The second camera is on the east side of the house overlooking the side gate. The third is in the backyard overlooking the pool. Do not touch, tamper or cover these cameras, they are in place for guest and host security. Tampering with the cameras will result in a $250 fee and automatic cancellation of stay without refund.


MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes! The pool is heated to 85 degrees from October to May

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!

DECORATIONS:
No sticky/adhesive dots, tape or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this ruins paint & wallpaper, and you will be charged for repair) Therefore we do not allow anything to be attached to any walls.
Standalone backdrops are OK
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
