The dining area features a large table with seating for 10, along with additional seating at the kitchen counter.
Please note: There is no water line connected to the freezer, so the ice maker does not operate and ice is not provided. Ice can be purchased at the nearby gas station on Granite Reef Road.

For safety and to prevent damage, guests may not adjust the heater, pump, vacuum, skimmer, or other pool equipment.

The property has two exterior security cameras:

The property also has noise-level monitors in an interior common area and on the covered patio. These devices measure sound levels but do not record conversations or audio.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guests are responsible for following Scottsdale’s noise regulations. Any municipal fines resulting from a guest violation—including potential fines of $2,500—will be charged to the responsible guest.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless additional visitors receive advance approval. Total occupancy may never exceed 12 people.

The host was excellent with communication and making the check in/ out process very easy. There was an issue with no toilet paper, but the host dropped some off very quickly. The house could use a few small repairs, floors need a deep clean, and the house needs a good dusting. Otherwise, I would stay here again and thought it was cleaner than other rentals I have stayed in. I thought the bedding was very clean and comfortable. Great location. The area felt safe.

Loved the ‘game room’. Property needs some TLC but overall it was a good place to stay. Heated pool was an added bonus since the weather was chilly.

we had a great long weekend celebrating a bride to be. The house was clean, we felt safe, the hosts were responsive, the location is great and everything worked well. Some areas looked a little tired from being rented so many times but we had no issues at all. The host even went above and beyond for us when a package arrived a day earlier than scheduled. A very easy process from start to finish. I would recommend the house and stay here again for another trip! Thank you for an amazing stay!
