Very nice property in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels and everything else needed for your stay. Not a huge deal but the interior could use a good deep clean, a bit dusty and blankets need washed. Some of the furniture could also use a good steam clean. The outside is satisfactorily maintained and the rear patio is a great place to hang out. There is a tree that likes to shed its feathers which creates constant debris in the pool so a quick skim is required before you dive in. The pool guy does swing by every week but by that time all the pool filters are clogged up which allows the bottom of the pool to become covered with leaves. The location is great, everything from grocery to dining is a short drive. Other than trips out of town I don't think we ever traveled longer than 15 minutes to get to anything. With that said for being close to everything it's very quiet and peaceful. Only disruption would be the neighbors dogs occasionally barking. Lots of birds around making peaceful bird sounds. View of the sky at night is beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

This was a lovely home with comfortable beds and a beautiful backyard. The layout of the house was nice and all the appliances worked well. I have a simple clean line aesthetic, so the homes decor of super decorated was not my style. Lots of dishware and spices left, pans were good, knives were not. This was a dog friendly yard and the pool was beautiful, not heatable but very pretty. We had our dog, who we bring in if she barks. The neighbors dogs were very consistent barkers, and it seemed they were free to bark. Our time outside became a bit dependent on them and we could not leave our windows open. It was a frustrating situation. We ended up leaving a few days early in our 5 week stay, partially due to wanting to be home and partially due to them.

Pool was great - needs hand rail for ease of getting into the pool. House was well stocked. Beds very comfortable.
