Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. I loved the house so much that I stayed for the second time while I was in AZ on family business. the house was lovely, comfortable and very clean.

Kim was a great host. She was very welcoming before we arrived and incredibly responsive when we arrived and had a question about turning on the heat (!) in the house! Yes, it gets cold at night in the winter in the desert! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed/could have wanted. The kitchen was especially well-stocked. I wasn't expecting a coffee maker!! And everything was super clean!

The house was super clean. Close to stores all within a mile. Super pet friendly for our dog. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Peoria area. Would definitely stay there again.

The home is very inviting. Extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable. This was our 3rd time renting this home. We have also been in 2 other homes Kim Fletcher owns. We love the Glendale/ Peoria area. Her homes fit us to a tee. Every November we rent for NASCAR. We also decided to rent this time for Christmas and entertain our family Christmas Eve. Everything was perfect.
