Cute house, big private shaded yard, cul-de-sac, close to ALL entertainment!

The property was very welcoming and accepting to pets. A large fenced backyard plenty of room to run and explore. the house was very comfortable. Well maintained and very clean and neat. I would definitely go back to this house. And this host, again

The property was beautiful, with a lush backyard that our dog loved. The house was very nice and comfortable and the laundry great. If you love shade and a great variety of birds, this is the place for you.

Jeremy is a wonderful host! He is communicative and kind. The house was amazing and cozy. We absolutely loved the backyard!!! Would definitely recommend!

The pictures on this are deceiving. The yard is very overgrown and needs to be manicured badly. Could be pretty if so and nice to have shade. The sprinklers would randomly come on when we would be outside taking our dogs to the restroom and it got quite muddy each time. The outdoor furniture is very dirty. The inside of the home is decent, but has very dark lighting in most rooms and shows some age. Very little supplies were included for things like dishwasher, toilet paper, etc. We were very frustrated that we couldn’t park in the garage or on the street and due to the trees being so overgrown and covering the parking, our new car was covered each day in bird poop and leaves. So each day we had to pay to get the car washed. I have never been to a vacation rental before where the owners had so many rules and extra fees they charge. If you want a late or early check-in they charge you per hour extra. They have a check-out list in the home which has four items on it, but then he sends you an email with a very long check-out list. Not sure why we pay for cleaning when he asks you to do a good share of it before you leave. I can understand turning on dishwasher, putting linens in hamper and taking trash out, but to have to clean and vacuum floors, etc. is excessive when we pay for it to be cleaned. I have been a vacation rental host for many years and understand rules need to be implemented, but his rules seem excessive and not very inviting from the moment you arrive.
