Host lied about yard security for pets Host did not repair/replace falling down fence and unsecure gate Yard required mowing Would not issue refund Had to find another rental due to lie about secured yard was told by host pets not to use back yard and then said change to no pet policy in middle of rental All this is recorded in text messages Remove host PICTURES OF PLACE DID NOT INCLUDE BACKYARD WERE NOT ABLE TO SEE THE HOME A DAY BEFORE RENTAL DATE WITHOUT SEEING THE PLACE COULD NOT OBTAIN REFUND
