About this house rental
Escape to our cozy Black House retreat, just minutes from Fort Carvazos ! With modern rustic charm, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a serene sanctuary for up to 7 guests. Enjoy local amenities, a delightful porch for morning coffee, a fully equipped kitchen, and a selection of board games for added fun. Gather for family meals at the dining table, creating cherished memories in this inviting space. Perfect for family getaways or a tranquil solo retreat.
The Space:
This cozy, one-story house features a modern rustic concept living room dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bedroom, and the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The master bathroom has a garden tub rain shower with a rain shower handle system, double vanity, and make-up vanity station, the hallway bathroom includes a standing shower. Both bathrooms include soap, and fresh linens.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the house with the exception of one locked garage. The guest will access the house using a Schlage smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. The driveway offers enough room for 1 vehicle. There is room for additional parking on the street in front of the house but it is limited to availability.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located on a quiet street of houses within an established single family neighborhood. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Killeen and Fort Hood by car.

Check-in is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.

Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning.
Trash days are Friday mornings. Please have the trash bin out Thursday night. Trash bins are located on the side of the house and the kitchen side door leads you directly to it.
