Additionally, wine enthusiasts will rejoice in the proximity to Burning Kiln Winery.
With three bedrooms, there's ample space for families and friends to relax in comfort. The first bedroom, perfect for kids, features two twin beds along with closet space. The second bedroom treats you to a queen-sized bed along with closet space. The master bedroom, boasting a Queen-sized bed and closet space.
Prepare delicious meals in the functional kitchen, adorned with custom green countertops and stainless-steel appliances including an electric stove, dishwasher, and fridge. The kitchen comes stocked with essentials like a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and cooking basics. Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for six, where you can savor your culinary creations while soaking in the serene forestry views.

* Late Check-out Policy: We can accommodate late check-outs up to 11 AM at no additional cost, subject to availability and no conflicts with the cleaning schedule for same-day check-ins. Any check-outs after 11 AM will be charged at half the rate of the next night.
Surveillance Cameras: Cameras are installed only in the entryway and driveway areas for security purposes. There are no cameras installed in the interior of the home, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.
One pet is allowed and they must not be more then 20 lbs. Also, please inform me of the type of pet and the breed. There is a pet fee of $75.00 and your furry pet must be leashed while outside at all times.

The front door closest to the driveway has a smart lock as well as the backyard entry door.
Other things to note:
There are no parties/events allowed at this property outside of your designated guest.
The front horseshoe driveway accommodates free parking for 3 cars only

The home was very cozy and very neat and nicely decorated. The place was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and a nice dining area. We loved the outdoor area with a firepit and beautiful walking trails. We were close to the wineries and we had a great time at the Lighthouse Theatre.We highly recommend this beautiful place. Our host was great to communicate with .

Rosanne is an amazing host. She's incredibly responsive and was there to answer any question that I had. This was my first VRBO experience. My only comment we were expecting an air conditioned house. When we arrived we found an in window air conditioning unit. Fortunately it wasn't too hot at night because the property is on a fairly busy road. Each room has great fans to keep rooms cool at night so we didn't have to open windows (not sure if they could be opened TBH). Other than that I always bring kitchen essentials wherever I travel (ex-Chef). The kitchen had plenty of back up items that did the trick. The backyard is fantastic. BBQ lit on the first try. Turkey Point Beach is an easy drive away. We would definitely consider rebooking again! Very close to Burning Kiln winery.
