Welcome to our peaceful hillside retreat located minutes from Turkey Point Beach! This spacious brick ranch boasts 1700 square feet of comfort and elegance, offering the perfect blend of modern amenities and breathtaking natural beauty. With easy access to a great beach, pickleball courts, hiking and mountain biking trails, nearby attractions, and thoughtful touches throughout, your stay here promises to be a memorable escape.
The house's prime location places you just 3 minutes from Turkey Point Beach, 15 minutes away from the charming beach town of Port Dover and the picturesque town of Port Rowan. For those seeking adventures, Long Point Eco Adventure is a mere 3.8 kilometers up the road, offering aerial adventures as well as hiking & biking trails. Additionally, wine enthusiasts will rejoice in the proximity to Burning Kiln Winery.
With three bedrooms, there's ample space for families and friends to relax in comfort. The first bedroom, our master, features a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, room darkening curtains and fresh comfortable bedding. The second bedroom treats you to a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a room darkening curtain and fresh linens. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds, ceiling fan, a room darkening curtain and comfy bedding perfect for any getaway. All rooms come with closet space.
Prepare delicious meals in the functional kitchen, adorned with custom green countertops and stainless-steel appliances including an electric stove, dishwasher, and fridge. The kitchen comes stocked with essentials, and has a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for six, where you can savor your culinary creations while soaking in the serene forestry views.
The living spaces are designed for relaxation and togetherness. The main living area, adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, boasts comfortable sofas, a striking electric fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, with ROKU and a cupboard full of board games.
The full bathroom is located off the hallway where all of the bedrooms are. Accustomed with tile floors, 2 clean vanities, and a tub/shower enclosure. Enjoy the eskiin Filtered Shower Head while you shower.

Surveillance Cameras: Cameras are installed only in the entryway and driveway areas for security purposes. There are no cameras installed in the interior of the home, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.
Also note 1 pet is allowed and must not be more then 20 lbs in weight and always ensure your pet is leashed while outdoor on the property. There is a $100 pet fee as well.

The home was very cozy and very neat and nicely decorated. The place was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and a nice dining area. We loved the outdoor area with a firepit and beautiful walking trails. We were close to the wineries and we had a great time at the Lighthouse Theatre.We highly recommend this beautiful place. Our host was great to communicate with .

Rosanne is an amazing host. She's incredibly responsive and was there to answer any question that I had. This was my first VRBO experience. My only comment we were expecting an air conditioned house. When we arrived we found an in window air conditioning unit. Fortunately it wasn't too hot at night because the property is on a fairly busy road. Each room has great fans to keep rooms cool at night so we didn't have to open windows (not sure if they could be opened TBH). Other than that I always bring kitchen essentials wherever I travel (ex-Chef). The kitchen had plenty of back up items that did the trick. The backyard is fantastic. BBQ lit on the first try. Turkey Point Beach is an easy drive away. We would definitely consider rebooking again! Very close to Burning Kiln winery.
