Perfect for us. Nice but not fancy or "hands-off". House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had all we needed for LOTS of cooking and eating. Really enjoyed eating on the screened in porch every evening. Short walk to the beach. Pool was a great break when we'd had a lot of sun and sand. Neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. Love being able to have a campfire on the beach for smores. Porches were all well used and enjoyed. Would recommend.

Very satisfied with the rental. The house was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes/ utensils. The beach & pool were a very short walk and was accessible by a wooden boardwalk. Highly recommend!!!

The location of this home is great, and there's a gulf view from both decks. However, the home is showing a lot of wear and tear and a lot of fixtures are past their prime. The two main bedrooms have really old mattresses and box springs that are horribly worn out. Toilets leak, screens need repair, trees are growing on the deck, there is significant mold on the side of the house and the decks, and floor planks have separated on the main floor. We made the best of it but we would not return to this house until some of these maintenance items are taken care of. None of this is the rental company's fault and they were great about responding to issues and questions.
