Updated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with Private Heated pool (under fees it says pool there is only a fee for the heater) there is no fee for use of the pool without the heat. Private Pool. Pool added August 2016. This First Tier home is one lot from beach and has easy access to wide open quiet beaches. Home has open concept living space with well appointed kitchen opening to living and dining areas. Living area opens to a large screen porch with views of the Gulf and is equipped with large flat screen TV, internet and WIFI, and comfortable furnishing. Kitchen - updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz Counters, chefs delight. 10 foot peninsula with 4 bar stools to hang out with the cooks. Master Bedroom - king bed and full bath with double sinks. opens onto screen porch with beautiful views of the gulf. King Bedroom - Spacious King opens to Screen porch with lovely views of the gulf, shares bath with queen/bunk room Queen/Bunk Room - 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and bunk beds. All new hurricane rated windows recently updated so its very quiet in the house with the windows closed. Screen Porch - spans the entire beach side of home doubling the living space of this home. There are 2 beach chairs and 2 kayaks you can take down to the beach.

Great home in perfect location. Loved the swimming pool, the screened porch and beautiful beach across the street! Owner was beyond amazing....AC went out & he had it repaired within a couple hours. I will stay herr again!!!

Reserved this property due to it's location and proximity to the beach - pool was just an added bonus! The house was clean and amenities as listed. Our favorite feature was the massive screened porch - we spent the majority of our time there when we weren't on the beach or enjoying the pool.
Check in and check out was easy. Quiet neighborhood, with a short drive to Port St. Joe. Beach access directly in front of the house - beach was clean and quiet.
I will definitely be returning. Great location!

Asked property owner to clean the sand out of the pool to no avail. The adjacent house we’re installing a pool causing sand and debris to dirty our pool. A quick vacuum of our pool would have sufficed, but could not get the property owner to accommodate the request. Besides the dirty pool, the property was fine.
