We enjoyed everything about the house. We had a hot water issue and they came out and fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was smaller than the pictures gave the impression. Also it showed a board walk with no steps and this one had several -meaning you can’t pull a wagon or use a stroller compared.

Kitchen was not clean. Bugs on counter every morning. Grease and food on utensils, plates, pans, etc... Lower oven of stove was filthy. Not very pleasant or appetizing.
Unable to open windows due to missing screens. Screens missing on porch. Bug bites daily. Boardwalk missing. Almost impossible to pull rented wagon down to the beach which is already quite a hike.
Marina was closed due to hurricane. Many restaurants and stores were closed due to hurricane damage. Natural Retreats promised us that everything would be repaired and the town would be up and running by the time we arrived, 7 months post hurricane, not the case!
